An address may not autofill correctly or there was an input error. If the address does not have a unit number, just copy and paste the address into google. If you see an apartment / condo building, reach out to your customer as ask if there is a unit number. Know Canada Post is not responsible or going to look up the name on the building entry system to find out which unit to deliver too. This applies to buildings with a concierge as well. Yes, the onus is on the customer to provide a full and correct address but we are just human and mistakes can be made. This easy extra step will save you a huge headache in the future if the mail is not deliverable. If you don’t take this step, the mail will be returned to you free of charge by Canada Post as an “Return to Sender” so make sure your return address in the top left hand corner is clearly written
