It can happen. Your customer forgot to provide a unit number to a condo or they moved and sent you the old address. If this was a parcel from any carrier you would be billed for the return of the item, but not with lettermail! Canada Post will return it back to you FREE of CHARGE! Just make sure your return address in the top left hand corner is clearly written.
